The cast of the 2009 coming-of-age romance film Wake Up Sid reunited in January 2024, and the videos went viral on the internet. The internet was hoping to get a sequel to the film. Ranbir Kapoor, Konkona Sen Sharma, Namit Das, and Shikha Talsania did reprise their roles, however, not for a movie but for an Oppo 11 commercial advertisement.
The ad takes the viewer into a future where Sid (Kapoor) is now a photographer, capturing his love Aisha (Konkona) and friend Rishi (Das) getting engaged to Laxmi (Talsania).
Son Pari Cast Reunion
The cast of Son Pari starring Tanvi Hegde as Fruity, Mrinal Kulkarni as Son Pari, and Ashok Lokhande as Atlu reunited after 24 years taking the audience on a trip down memory lane when the adventure-fantasy show from the 2000s was a staple watch every day. The photo of the reunion was shared by Hegde on her Instagram. Fans could not stop themselves from asking for a new show with the cast again.

Taare Zameen Par Reunion
Ishaan and his mother aka Dharsheel Safar and Tisca Chopra reunited after 16 years at the wedding of Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare in January 2024. The image was shared by Safari on his Instagram with the caption It was a teary-eyed reunion for the fans of the 2007 film.
