AFCAT 2021 Notification: The application process for the AFCAT 02/2021 to commence from 1st June for 334 posts

AFCAT 2021 Notification:

Attention Air Force Aspirants!! The Indian Air Force (IAF) has issued a short notification for the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT Batch 02/2021) for the recruitment for Commission under the Flying Branch and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branch.

As per the notification shared for the AFCAT Batch 02/2021 by IAF, the 334 vacancies will be filled through AFCAT Entry, NCC Special Entry, and Meteorology Entry.

It must be noted that the AFCAT Exam is conducted twice a year in February and August and the online application process for the AFCAT-2 2021 exam will commence from 1st June 2021 and will continue until 30th June 2021. The candidates who are interested and find themselves eligible can apply for the AFCAT-2 2021 exam on the official website of AFCAT which is, afcat.cdac.in  

However, the official announcement for AFCAT 2021 July session is still pending by the Indian Air Force. 

The eligibility criteria as per the AFCAT 02/2021 notification is listed below:

  • Interested candidates must have cleared the Class 12th exams with a minimum of 50% marks in Maths and Physics.

  • Candidates must be a graduate or must possess a BE/B Tech degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks.

  • Candidates must be under 25 years of age.

  • Must be unmarried at the time of commencement of the course. 

The candidates will be selected solely on the basis of their performance in the AFCAT written exam, Officer’s Intelligence Rating Test, the Picture Perception and Discussion Test, Psychological Test Group Tests, and the Interview.

It must be noted that to apply for the IAF AFCAT 02/2021 exam, Aadhar Card is a mandatory document.
