Sheezan Khan, the actor from Ali Baba: Dastan-e-Kabul, was released from prison after serving a sentence for the death of television actress Tunisha Sharma. After three months, Sheejan was granted bail by the Vasai court with a Rs 1 lakh surety. Sharma hanged himself on the sets on December 24, 2022, ending his life.

Sheezan cannot leave the country

Sheezan Khan, Tunisha's co-star, was detained as a result of Tunisha's mother's allegation. In this instance, Sheejan Khan was charged in a 524-page document by the police. Sheezan Khan has spent the last two months incarcerated in a Mumbai jail. The judge granted Sheejan relief and ordered him to refrain from tampering with the evidence or getting in touch with the witnesses.

Sheejan must also leave his passport with the police, per a court order. Even travelling overseas is prohibited for Sheejan without a court order. The actor's request for bail has been denied for a while. Khan (28), who is represented by attorney Sharad Rai, claims that the police have charged the actor with violating Indian Criminal Code Section 306 (abetting suicide), which is not applicable.
