Now, all Uber ride types, including taxis, cars, and bikes, will be cheaper for Amazon Prime members. When using Amazon Pay as their payment method, Prime members will receive a 5 percent payback on any number of Uber rides. Out of this 5% cashback, 4% will be added as credit for Uber, and 1% will be added to the cashback for Amazon Pay.
This way, the cashback can be applied to future rides and Amazon purchases. Amazon and Uber just revealed the second phase of their cooperation, which would provide Amazon Prime members further advantages when using Uber to book a ride.
