Animal Movie Review

Tagged as “Adult Rated,” the movie is a revenge-driven drama based on a toxic father-son relationship that perfectly showcases the male-dominated society. Despite Ranvijay (Ranbir) being love-deprived from his always busy and emotionally unavailable father (Anil Kapoor), he always considered him as “best papa” and was ready to risk it all when it came to his protection. Ranbir seeks vengeance on his father’s attackers and becomes a terrifying and violent gangster. Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur was released in theaters alongside Animal. The film is based on the life of India’s first Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw and is performing well at the box office, earning Rs 6.25 crore on opening day and Rs 9.25 crore on Saturday.
