Trolls “Blame” Anushka Sharma For Virat Kohli’s Retirement From Test Cricket

Virat Kohli Retirement:  Indian cricketer Virat Kohli shared a note on Monday announcing his retirement from the test match after 14 years. Following his post, his wife, actress Anushka Sharma, also posted an emotional but encouraging post on Instagram, which made her a target of trolls who "blame" Sharma for Kohli’s retirement.

Netizens expressed anger and hurled offensive and insensitive comments at Sharma for converting the “alpha male personality” of Kohli into a domesticated one. While Kohli is the one in charge of his professional decisions, and Sharma has always been his biggest supporter, trolls think otherwise, revealing a deep-rooted sexist mentality of our society where the blaming fingers of a man always find a woman.
