To be qualified for the position of Assistant Testing Officer, a candidate must hold an MSc degree in Geology or Chemistry from any recognised institution or university. Other than this, the candidate must possess at least 2 years of experience in the related field.

The age limit to become an Assistant Testing Officer must range from 21 years of age up to 40 years of age.
