Medicinal Plants For Mental Health

Ayurveda is not a medical system, it’s a lifestyle. For kitchen gardens, there are two important medicinal plants for mental health. One is Mandukparni, or Centella Asiatica. The other one is Bhrami, also known as Bacopa Monerai. You can also install Aloe Vera, Heena, Solanum Nigrum, Ashwagandha, and Satavari plants in your kitchen garden.
