BGMI 2.5 Update goes live now: Battleground Mobile India rolls out limited time criteria for minors

BGMI or Battleground Mobile India server 2.5 update is now live. Krafton has rolled out the brand new 2.5 version which can now be downloaded and played in India. Earlier the users complained that they were not able to install the game and play, despite getting it downloaded, for which Krafton released a statement quoting that the game is still in the testing phase. So, call your homies, take a day off, take out your strategy books and jump to reclaim your IGL back in the game.

For all those thinking how different the new version is going to be, they have to brush up their skills since the new 2.5 version of BGMI is going to be slightly different from the previous ones. Krafton has made sure to not get banned by the government. Again and for this the company has taken significant steps to abide by the law, which also includes a limited time gaming period.

BGMI 2.5 Update goes live

The most recent entry of BGMI in India has undergone modifications compared to its previous version, which was prohibited in India for nearly a year. One significant  change is the implementation of restricted playing time for both adult and underage players below 18 years old. Additionally, the game's accessibility will be phased, requiring players to log in multiple times. As a result, not all gamers will immediately be able to access the game after downloading it. However Krafton has promised that everyone will have access to it within 48 hours. Also  In order to ensure that the game retains its safety safeguards, the current measures—such as parental verification and daily spending limitations for minors—will continue to be in place.

What’s new in BGMI 2.5

Modification in the new NUSA Map, super recall, upgraded weapon, collection of new skins etc are currently the new changes introduced by the BGMI makers for India. The smallest map introduced in BGMI is Nusa, a 1x1 map depicting a resort island situated in a tropical region. Even though a single game only lasts for eight minutes, it nonetheless provides an exciting experience. BGMI will also feature in-game events and classic maps alongside new weapons like Tactical Crossbow etc.
