A social media content creator, powerlifter, fitness influencer, and now a controversial contestant of Bigg Boss 18, Rajat Dala describes himself as a fitness trainer and digital creator to his 1.1 million Instagram followers and 231K YouTube subscribers.
Dalal hails from Faridabad and earns a living by making fitness videos on his social media. However, he catapulted to fame or notoriety not for his weightlifting awards but for heavy feuds with fellow creators, and other individuals.

Outlook in September reported that Rajat Dalal wants to open gyms with an all-inclusive environment. He also advocated for the safety of women in his videos, however, it is his controversial sides that one cannot overlook.
In September 2024, Rajat Dalal was charged for rash driving, and allegedly hitting a bike rider. A little further back in July, he was in the headlines for his dispute with Ajaz Khan. In June he was arrested for kidnapping and assaulting a teenager over his video content. He threatened Rajveer Shishodia in March compelling the Haryana state police to intervene.
