While Rakul Preet got hitched to Jackky Bhagnani, and Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were blessed with a baby boy, the ‘Dangle’ girl lost her life and the TV actor Rituraj Singh succumbed to a cardiac arrest. Jackky Bhagnani hitched to Rakul Preet Singh 

The dreamy, sustainable, and picturesque wedding visuals of Jackky Bhagnani and Rakul Preet Singh’s wedding looked straight out of fairytales. The couple got married at a destination wedding at the ITC Grand in Goa with close friends, and family on 21st February 2024. 

Their match made in heaven also made them one of the wealthiest couples in Bollywood with an estimated combined net worth of 84 crores. 

Junior Kohli’s name-created sensation 

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were blessed with a baby boy on 15 February. The parent’s unique choice of name for their bundle of joys left all wondering the meaning behind the distinctive name. Akaay from Sanskrit origin means ‘Niraakar’ or body less i.e., beyond mortality. 

Divya Agarwal married Apurva Padgaonkar 

Bigg Boss OTT winner Divya Agarwal married the Mumbai-based businessman Apurva Padgankar in a traditional Maharashtrian wedding. The couple went with coordinated purple traditional attires and opted for a simple and intimate wedding ceremony with all the family members involved.

‘Yodha’ teaser trended on YouTube 

After ‘Indian Police Force’ Sidharth Malhotra is bracing yet another police action thriller, ‘Yodha’. The teaser of ‘Yodha’ dropped on 19 February. The flight hijack thriller features Sidharth on a mission to save the flight passengers from a hijacked plane. It became one of the most trending teasers on YouTube in the following days. Backed by Dharma Production, the movie is set to release on 15 March in theaters.     

‘Poacher’ Reviews 

Alia Bhatt's produced Poacher has finally been released on the OTT platform Prime Video. The series tells the harrowing tale of illegal elephants hunting in Kerela. The first reviews of the 8-part series have been positive. The viewers have appreciated the maker Richi Mehta (Delhi Crime) for telling the tale backing it with well-depth research and compelling narrtative. The series is impactful without refraining from showing the grim realities. 

Crew Poster Release 

The first look of Kareena Kapoor, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon in the upcoming heist movie ‘Crew’. ‘Crew’ will be arriving in cinemas on March 29. The poster features the leading ladies in red flight attendants’ uniforms with blue hats. Directed by Rajesh Krishnan, the film is produced by Ekta Kapoor, and Rhea Kapoor's 

Tragic Ends 

The tragic news of ‘Dangal’ girl Suhani Bhatnagar’s demise shook the industry. The actor was 19 years old when she lost her life on 17 February to Dermatomyositis, a race condition where muscle inflammation proves to be fatal. 

The TV industry also lost one of its stars, Rituraj Singh, who succumbed to a cardiac arrest on 20 February.
