Business News: British Band Coldplay Aims to Reduce Carbon Emissions With Its Upcoming World Tour

Coldplay World Tour: International music band Coldplay recently issued a sustainability report which stated that the band has successfully contributed to reducing CO2 emissions by 47% so far. Besides, Coldplay has also aimed to reduce carbon emissions by 50% with its upcoming ‘Music of the Spheres’ World Tour.

According to the last 12 months’ figures, the British Rock Band has also reduced CO2 emissions by 47%. They used kinetic dance floors to meet the energy requirement for their concerts, which was further converted into power generation for the show. They also planted about 5 million new trees by planting one tree for every ticket sold.
