Blackpink idol Kim Jennie and BTS member Kim Taehyung aka V have been in the news a lot lately due to rumours of a relationship. While HYBE and YG entertainment have remained silent about the situation, it is clear that Blinks and ARMY have significant differences between them. The two K-pop stars have allegedly been in the US, according to a twitter user going by the handle Gurumiharibo. A few days ago, the same individual even shared a picture of the two vacationing on Jeju Island. As a result, fans are angry at the labels for failing to respond to or refute the claims.

Are BTS V and Blackpink Jennie dating?

Well, the last time discussion took place YG entertainment briefly responded denying any such allegations however a few days after HYBE too took a step and called out all those who are spreading fake news, but this time the situation seems to be pretty tense. 


On August 23 KST, a fresh picture of V from BTS and Jennie from BLACKPINK backstage appeared online. As V gets his hair groomed in the claimed shot, Jennie can be seen smiling and using her phone to take a mirror selfie. Netizens claimed that the photo is photoshopped.


The second time the picture was posted was from V’s apartment. Even though it can't be proven without a shadow of a doubt that the apartment in question is V's, a photo he posted to his own Instagram reveals an almost exact match of the hallway layout, wall panels, and entranceway.

Who is Gurumiharibo posting photos of V and jennie

Fans never saw the original photos of V or Jennie, thus it was assumed that gurumiharibo was a hacker who gained access to their iCloud accounts and leaked original photos. When a BTS ARMY contacted him using a false identity and requested a fake change the user agreed to do it in exchange of money. The user revealed his conversation with gurumiharibo, which implied that the account was willing to create a fake edit of two famous persons in return for the proper payment.
