Budget 2024: As the upcoming budegt session for FY24-25 is around the corner, the government is yet to reveal the date on which Fianance Minister Nirmala Sitharam will present the budget. Budget 2024 Expectations

Talking about the MSME Sector, the India SME Forum is expecting dedicated funds of Rs. 5000 Cr. so that export capacity, promotion and marketing can be increased in the SME space. The insurance sector is expected to get a discount in tax in the budget 2024 so that insurance products can be made more affordable and attractive. Also, it is expected that in the budget 2024, income tax will be deducted in the new tax regime under life insurance. It is expected that the power sector will be deducted in policy support and tax, as well as GST rates, and funds will also be available to increase domestic manufacturing.
