Bank News: SBI Launches “SBI 3.0” Campaign For Pending Customer Complaints

SBI News:  The country’s largest bank the State Bank of India (SBI) has come up with a brilliant campaign to ensure customer efficiency and assist them in completing all their pending works. The government bank initiated Special Campaign 3.0 from Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October, 2023) to 31st October. Check out the list of bank work that customers will be able to complete under this campaign.

 

About SBI 3.0 Campaign

Talking about the campaign, SBI stated, “Being a customer centric organization, we continuously focus on prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints. Feedback from customers to proactively resolve complaints and improve services. There are grievance systems in place to collect.” The Special Campaign 3.0 will include many things including Nomination Registration, Locker Agreement, Pension, Dormant Account, etc.
