The actress gained much popularity for her brilliant performance and her viral “Gajgamini” walk. Aditi Rao Hydari Fitness Routine

Aditi usually has a low appetite and she eats very little throughout the day. She stated that she is always hungry and her metabolism may be high, so she eats very little. Generally, she wakes up in the morning and takes bullet coffee, which is made from high-quality coffee beans with unsalted butter, and a medium chain triglyceride MCT, which is extracted from coconut oil, helping in burning body fat quickly. She also drinks coconut water many times a day. She likes to eat idli, and eggs for her breakfast.
