Shahid highlights the importance of starting the day with warm, light meals like Uttapam or Idli. He prefers rice to wheat and combines nutritious meals such as Indian curries, falafel, sushi, tofu, and stir-fried vegetables. His meal preferences include light, easily digested options that promote general health. Shahid’s fitness career began in his teenage, with intense dancing sessions lasting 10-12 hours per day that kept him strong and active.
