Kartik Aaryan Workout Routine

The daily schedule of Karthik is a little different from the other people who eat three meals a day. He eats seven to eight meals per day, taking small meals every two hours. He takes most of the proteins in his meals and consumes less fats and carbs. Karthik consumes a lot of bread and millet in his food. Not only this, but Kartik also focuses on his sleeping schedule, taking an eight hour sleep.
