Karan starts his day with cycling, followed by treadmill running, weight training, and bodyweight workouts. He emphasises that fitness is as much about mental discipline as physical power, and he frequently pushes himself with inventive challenges.  Karan maintains a high-protein, low-sugar Indian diet to supplement his tough workout routine. His breakfast usually consists of boiled eggs, oats with chia seeds and almonds, black coffee or green tea, and a banana for rapid energy. Lunch includes grilled chicken or paneer, brown rice or multigrain rotis, seasonal vegetables, mixed dal, and a nutrient-dense salad.  For a mid-evening snack, he likes coconut water, soaked almonds, fruit, and roasted makhana or chana. His dinner is usually light, consisting of vegetable or chicken soup, stir-fried tofu or paneer, and quinoa or multigrain roti. He ends the day with a brief post-dinner walk and chamomile tea to promote digestion and sleep.
