In an interview, Roy said that she drinks turmeric water after waking up in the morning. Turmeric contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidants, which keep the body healthy. It boosts immunity and also keeps digestion good. Within half an hour, she then takes cinnamon water and completes her morning rituals including yoga. Her staple breakfast includes poha and sprouts, along with some fruits. For lunch, she eats a Bengali-style meal which includes eats rice, dal, and vegetables.
