Tamannaah has been working in the entertainment industry for almost two decades, and since her debut in 2005, she has given some of the most memorable performances in movies like Bahubali, Jailer, Babli Bouncer, and more. Tamannaah Bhatia Fitness Routine

Talking about her diet, Tamannaah stays away from processed foods and prefers natural and wholesome foods. She starts her day with a healthy breakfast like oatmeal, fruits, or egg whites. She also eats a lot of fiber, vitamins, and protein, which makes her day energy-packed. After a few hours of breakfast, she takes a light snack like fruit or nuts. For lunch, she eats brown rice or quinoa with grilled chicken or fish. Tamannaah drinks 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, including herbal teas and coconut water. She goes to the gym regularly and mixes cardio, weight training, and functional nutrition.
