Meera follows intermittent fasting and prefers to not eat anything in the morning. Whenever she feels hungry, she either eats boiled eggs or fruits. Talking about her lunch, Meera usually eats Sattvik food that includes meals like turai ki sabzi, lauki ki sabzi, khichdi, or dal rice. She usually avoids roti and finishes her dinner before 7 or 8 pm, with regularly completing 10,000 steps.
