Celebrity Fitness: Indian actor Vidyut Jammwal is known for his hardcore body and tough fitness. The actor, who made his Bollywood debut with Force (2011), is multitalented; he is a martial artist, a talented actor, stunt performer, action choreographer, and many more. He was awarded he best debut male and was also honoured by PETA as Hottest Vegetarian Celebrity. Being a vegetarian, people think that it is difficult to maintain proper diet and get a toned body due to fluctuations in nutrients. However, Vidyut proved it wrong. In this video, we will dive into the fitness regime of the ‘Commando’ actor, his workout, exercises, and diet routine.   

Vidyut Jammwal Fitness and Diet

Vidyut starts his pre-workout with a bowl of muesli with fruits and oats. After his workout, he takes protein shake and tofu and eats idli for breakfast. For lunch, he eats vegetables, lentils, chapati and fruits. In the evening, he consumes upma for snacks. He ends his day with chapati and green vegetables as dinner. Vidyut tries to go to the gym at least three to four times a week for strength and weight training. In his hard workout routine, he practices martial arts for two days and is dedicated to strict weight training for four days. In the meantime, he also does gymnastics and parkour.
