Air India said on Monday that the company will use ChatGPT Chatbot to modernize the airline. For this, an investment of 200 million dollars will be made initially. In a press release issued by the airline, it was said that the company has already invested $ 200 million to create new digital systems, digital engineering services and digital workforce. 

Modernising Air India Airlines 

After the takeover by the Tata Group, work is being done on the rejuvenation of Air India. For this, the Vihan.AI plan has been launched. Under this, a target has been set to make Air India an international-level airline in five years, for which the company is continuously working on new technology. The airline also aims to increase its market share under Vihaan.AI.
