Citroen India has announced the launch of the new C5 Aircross SUV in the Indian market. The new C5 Aircross SUV gets a design makeover, which gives it a more distinctive, modern and dynamic personality than before. The C5 Aircross is currently the flagship SUV of the automaker in the Indian market. The C5 Aircross SUV was first launched in India in the year 2021. Citroen C5 Aircross Interior

The new Citroen C5 Aircross facelift is equipped with a 10-inch, freestanding touchscreen infotainment system, new switchgear that replaces the gear stalk, a wireless charger, and drive mode buttons. Also on offer are Citroen’s Advance Comfort seats and suspension. Citroen has also corrected the switch and button orientation on the centre console to make it more suited for right-hand drivers now and it looks clutter-free, thanks to the gear lever that is now replaced by a toggle-like drive selector.

Citroen C5 Aircross Exterior

Citroen has made a lot of changes in the exterior of the SUV. The new front-end design gets a redesigned front bumper and headlamps. They look sportier now and the LED daytime running lamps are integrated into the grille with chrome strips. The rear LED tail lamps now get a 3D effect. New 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels have been given on the side. Overall, the Citroen C5 Aircross now looks more modern, modern and sharper than its replaced model.

Citroen C5 Aircross Engine

The Citroen C5 Aircross SUV is powered by a 2.0-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged-diesel engine. This engine generates maximum power of 177 bhp and peak torque of 400 Nm. This engine comes mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Citroen also claims that the C5 Aircross delivers an ARAI certified mileage of 18.6 kmpl.
