Congress leading in Amethi; Smriti Irani Trailing Behind

Congress Win: Congress candidate Kishori Lal Sharma is leading in the Amethi Lok Sabha seat by more than 60 thousand votes. BJP seems to be facing a big setback in Uttar Pradesh. On the one hand, the party's seats seem to be decreasing in the state, while on the other hand, BJP candidate Smriti Irani is also lagging behind on the popular seat Amethi.

Smriti Irani is trailing behind 

Irani emerged victorious in the Lok Sabha Election 2019 against Congress’ Rahul Gandhi however this time the tables have turned and Congress’s Kishori Lal is overpowering the presence of the BJP in the region. Congress candidate Kishori Lal is leading in the Amethi Lok Sabha seat by more than 60 thousand votes.
