Take a note of your daily diet:

If you have just recovered from Coronavirus, then you should eat light food during the initial days or food that is easily digestible. A person can include food rich in Vitamin A and D and raw fruits and salad along with mil products are a rich source of these vitamins. If a person prefers non-vegetarian food then they should include eggs in their daily diet. 

Consume Coriander, cumin, fennel tea:

You can drink tea of coriander, cumin, and fennel two to three times a day. It cleanses the body from the inside. It also maintains your weight correctly. It is also very good for digestion. These teas should be drunk after one hour of eating. If you do not want to drink it, you can also drink herbal tea.

Increase dry fruits intake: 

After corona recovery, you should definitely eat a date, two almonds, a handful of raisins, and two walnuts every morning. Keep in mind that these nuts should be soaked in water overnight. Eating them will make your body strong from inside
