Parth Salunkhe now India's first male recurve archer to become Youth World Champion

Parth Salunkhe became the first male archer from India to win the title of Youth World Champion in the recurve category in 2010, following Deepika Kumari's historic achievement for the women in 2009.The 11 medals India earned at the competition—the most ever for the Indian representation at the championships—included Salunkhe's gold. 
 

Lakshya Sen wins 58th Canada Open 2023 

At the 58th Canada Open in 2023, Lakshya Sen triumphed in the men's singles competition. Sen defeated Li Shi Feng, the defending All England champion, in a thrilling championship match by a score of 4-0. Sen has now won two BWF World Tour championships thanks to this outstanding triumph, which further adds to his long list of impressive successes. Sen outclassed his opponent, Li Shi Feng, with scores of 21-18 and 22-20, showcasing his extraordinary talent and capacity to perform well under pressure.
