Parth Salunkhe now India's first male recurve archer to become Youth World Champion
Parth Salunkhe became the first male archer from India to win the title of Youth World Champion in the recurve category in 2010, following Deepika Kumari's historic achievement for the women in 2009.The 11 medals India earned at the competition—the most ever for the Indian representation at the championships—included Salunkhe's gold.
