Shri Devesh Uttam appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Lithuania

Devesh Uttam, a diplomat from India, has been chosen to serve as that country's new ambassador to Lithuania.Uttam, an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer from the class of 2003, is scheduled to start his duty soon.He is currently the Ministry of External Affairs' Joint Secretary.Additionally, the position of India's next High Commissioner to Ghana has been given to Manish Gupta, an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer from the 1998 batch.

Mobile-Dost-App launched in sync with vision of Apka-Mobile-Hamara-Daftar

An innovative Mobile-Dost-App has been introduced in Jammu and Kashmir in line with the goals of Apka-Mobile-Hamara-Daftar, a trailblazing project for the mobile-based provision of citizen-centric services in the Union Territory. The Chief Secretary Dr. Arun Kumar Mehta declared at the Mobile-Dost-App launch that this ground-breaking App is a critical step towards a digitally empowered Jammu & Kashmir.
