The 15th summit of the BRICS group is being held under the chairmanship of South Africa

The 15th BRICS summit of the world's largest rising economies - Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa - is being held in Johannesburg from August 22 to 24. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has arrived in South Africa to take part. This is the first BRICS summit held in person after three years of virtual sessions owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. In the year 2009, the first BRISK summit was held. Its founding members are Brazil, Russia, India, and China.

The Mukhyamantri Sikho-Kamao Yojana been launched in Madhya Pradesh

Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, has introduced the Seekho-Kamao scheme in the state. This system provides on-the-job training along the lines of "learn and earn while developing skills." Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched the project by handing out contract letters to young people.
