SK Mishra is the director of Enforcement Directorate whose tenure has been extended

The Enforcement Directorate's Sanjay Kumar Mishra has had his contract extended to September 15. This decision was made by a three-judge Supreme Court panel under the leadership of Justice BR Gavai. Mishra's tenure was set to end on July 31 in accordance with the court's earlier ruling because the previous extension given to him was deemed to be unlawful. Sanjay Kumar Mishra is an Indian Revenue Service officer from the 1984 batch.
