Ashwani Kumar was appointed as the MD & CEO of UCO Bank by the Central Government

Ashwani Kumar has been named by the central government as the MD and CEO of UCO Bank. Ashwani formerly served as the Indian Bank's Executive Director. Soma Shankar Prasad will be succeeded as MD and CEO by Ashwani Kumar. The Chief General Manager of Punjab National Bank was Ashwani.

The National Training Center of the ‘Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’ inaugurated in Ghaziabad

The state-of-the-art National Training Centre for the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) was opened in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, by Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya. On this occasion, the Food Safety and Certification (FoSTaC) e-learning app was also released. An official department of the Indian government's Ministry of Health and Family Welfare is the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India.

Jyoti Yarraji won the gold medal in the 'hurdles event' of the T-Meeting 2023 athletics meet

In the women's 100m hurdles competition at the T-Meeting 2023 Athletics Meet in Tilburg, Netherlands, Indian athlete Jyothi Yarraji took home the gold medal. The 23-year-old won the final in the Category E world ranking competition with a time of 13.20 seconds. Jyoti's time of 13.08 seconds allowed him to go to the finals. This gave Jyoti her second gold medal in as many days.
