DDA Flats 2024: DDA Launches Special Housing Scheme For Delhi-NCR, Know Details

DDA Housing Schemes: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched a Festival Special Housing Scheme 2024, where people can get a house in specific areas of Delhi with different tax-pay criteria. The scheme, launched on March 14, is based on first-come, first-served allotment, which requires online application submission. Let us know more about this special scheme.

DDA Housing Scheme 2024

Under this scheme, the DDA has presented ready-to-move flats in Narela, Jasola, Rohini, Sisarpur, and Lok Nayakpuram. These flats have been divided into EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG groups. The EWS flats will cost 14 lakhs, whereas LIG flats will cost 25 lakhs, MIG flats will cost 85 lakhs and HIG flats will cost 2 to 2.5 crores.
