Delhi Building Collapse: A major disaster occurred this morning in Seelampur, Delhi. An accident occurred due to the collapse of a four-story structure in Idgah Janta Colony. A total of seven persons were buried under debris. The rescue crew has admitted three patients to the hospital, and seven fire engines are on the scene to help with the rescue efforts. According to the information available so far, the incident occurred in Janta Mazdoor Colony. The houses at Janta Colony have iron pillars for support.
The fire department reports that the area where the building collapsed had narrow roadways with a dense population. In such cases, the rescue mission is facing challenges. The local police and relief teams are constantly working to clear the debris. It is believed that this structure was quite old and starting to deteriorate. It is believed that some people are still trapped beneath the debris. The injured are being treated at a neighbouring hospital.
