Dharmendra Summoned By Delhi Court In Links With Cheating Case Of Garam Dharam Dhaba Franchise

Entertainment Update: Bollywood veteran actor Dharmendra has been summoned by a Delhi court in a case linked to the cheating-related Garam Dharam Dhaba Franchise. The summon has been from the court of Judicial Magistrate Yashdeep Chahal after a complaint filed by a Delhi-based businessman claiming that he has been frauded into investing in the falling property of the Garam Dharam Dhaba franchise. 

The court has charged Dharmendra and the others under IPC sections 420 for cheating, 120B  for criminal conspiracy, 34 for common intention, and 506 for criminal intimidation.

The business has also accused two others in the row who have been asked to appear for the case hearing on 5 February 2024.
