Diabetes Care Tips: Diabetes is a disease that cannot be eradicated from its roots. It can only be controlled with the right food and regular routine. The best way to control diabetes is to choose your diet and be determined to follow the diet routine. During the treatment of diabetes, your diet plays an important role. Diet should be taken either with insulin injection or with a combination of hypoglycemic drugs. You should avoid eating too much carbohydrates. Fruits contain vitamins A and C which keep the blood and bones healthy. They are also found in plenty of zinc, potassium and iron, which prove to be helpful in maintaining the correct level of insulin. To control sugar level, spinach, khobhi, bitter gourd, arabica, gourd should be added to the diet as they are high in vitamin C, beta carotene and magnesium. To keep diabetes under control, you should exercise daily. Exercise not only reduces your stress, but it also helps in controlling your blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
