Real Estate Sector giant DLF (DLF) sold 1,137 apartments of one of its projects within 3 days. The price of each apartment is above Rs 7 crore and DLF has got Rs 8,000 crore from this sale. In this project spread over 28 acres, these apartments will be constructed in 39 storey 5 towers. This project named The Arbor is located on the Golf Course Extension Road in Sector-63, Gurugram.
Earlier in February, a picture went viral on the internet, in which a large number of people were queuing up outside the DLF office to buy apartments in the Arbor project in Gurugram. Now those pictures have been confirmed by DLF itself. This project of Sector-63 of DLF has not yet been officially launched. Booking for these luxury high rise residences named The Arbour was started a few days ago in Gurgaon.
In the Arbor project, 1,137 apartments were sold in the first three days of the sale. This luxury residential area is spread over 28 acres. 4 BHK luxury flats will be built here. The total area of the flat will be 3956 square feet. Along with this, facilities like study room, utility room, etc. will be made available. The company has promised to deliver them in 2027.
