Do's and Don'ts of Full Body Workout Watch Video

Nowadays everyone wants to stay fit and healthy. Everyone wants a nice body, so people usually join a gym to stay fit but there are some do’s and don’t do’s of the gym which we should keep in mind while exercising.

 

  • Dumbbell Bicep Curl: keep your back straight while doing this exercise and do not swing your body to lift the weight.

  • Cable Pushdown: stand at a 45-degree angle and do not move your elbows.

  • Dumbbell lateral raise: lift the dumbbell with controlled movement and lift them at the same height of the shoulder.

  • Seated leg press: feet should be shoulder-width apart and keep your foot facing outward.

  • Flat Bench press: lift the chest up and retract your shoulder and then make a 45-degree angle between the elbow and chest.

  • Lat Pull-Down: Sit straight and pull the rod straight to your chest, do not bend or swing your body while pulling.
