Chakrasana -The Wheel Pose

Strengthens: Vertebral column, Human back, Arm, Abdomen, Buttocks, Leg, Wrist

Stretches: Abdomen, Thorax, Lung

Ustrasana- Camel Pose

Strengthens: Knee, Thigh

Stretches: Hip, Hamstring, Calf
