Kranvir Bohra, who is participating in the reality TV show Lock Upp, he and his wife Teejay Sidhu had an exclusive with us. The couple revealed a lot of things about their love story and how they met. Teejay, who comes from a Sikh family in Vancouver, shared that she was on a trip to India, and she travelled and discovered the country. One fine day, Karanvir and Tejay met through a common friend Anupama, at the end of the get together, she asked Karanvir to drop Teejay. This was the moment when something sparked between both of them. They both sat in the church and got lost into the endless conversations. After nearly 3 months they started to date, just to get married after the dating period.

On being asked about what Teejay likes in Karan, she said that she loves the fact that Karan is a kind, and decent human being. She adored him, and her family also accepted him wholeheartedly. Teejay explained that her mother, who is a very traditional looking punjabi woman on the outside but a very progressibve woman with the thoughts, suggested Teejay to go ahead with the relationship with Karanvir since it is not very easy to find an honest, true and loving partner. So be it caste, creed or community difference, she gave a green signal to their match.

Karanvir Bohra comes from a traditional family of Rajasthan, India. He disclosed that initially his family had a cold feet for Teejay Sindhu and his family wanted a girl from the same community for Karanvir. However, later when Karan’s grandmother came all the way from Jodhpur, and liked Teejay, everything just fell into place. 

Karanvir Bohra revealed that Teejay is a family oriented person who always shows concern for him, kids and the extended family. Karan also revealed that his wife Teejay inspired him to take social media seriously and pushed him to build it.
