Glaucoma is an eye disease that erodes the optical nerves. Though, it is not yet clinically proven that eye yoga brings down IOP. But, studies have evidence that points to the fact that yoga helps in reducing IOP.

Some people believe that practising eye yoga after cataract surgery can help rebuild ocular strength. However, practising eye yoga immediately after cataract surgery is not a good idea.

Eye yoga may work on reducing eye strain and make your eyes look less tired.
