Gautam Adani News: In the field of renewable energy, Adani Green Energy Limited (AGL) has achieved a new milestone by becoming India's first company to produce more than 10000 MW of renewable energy, which includes 7393 MW of solar power and 1401 MW of wind power. Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani expressed his satisfaction with reaching this milestone and assured that by 2030, the company aims to produce 45000 GW of renewable energy for a clean, reliable, and affordable India.
Adani Green Energy is based in Kutch, Gujarat. The world's largest renewable energy project is being developed in Khavda, with plans to generate 30,000 MW of electricity on barren land. This project is five times the size of Paris and nearly as large as all of Mumbai. According to the figures, the project covers 538 square kilometers. AGL's 10934 MW of renewable energy will power more than 5.8 million homes while also preventing the emissions of approximately 21 million tons of CO2 per year.
