Google Turns 25: From a Garage to a Global Technology Giant

What is your Go-to place to fetch information through the internet,  GOOGLE it is. From searching for a pin to an airplane, you get all of it there. Google today celebrates its 25th year of working and being a mastermind of all browsers and knowledge hubs.

 History of Google

 Two young computer scientists Larry Page and Sergey Brin in 1998 Ph.D. students of Stanford University, in the heart of Silicon Valley started their journey to bring a revolution in digital advancements and accessibility. To enhance and simplify the search methodology on the Internet, with advanced programming and technological advancements.

 They began from the garage of Susan Wojcicki ( Former CEO of YouTube)  with a ping pong table and cluttered computer desktops, to create a search engine that is universally accessible.

 They Term it “Google”, inspired by the mathematical term “Googol” referring to a vast number. This soon became the go-to search engine for the millions on the internet and it caught the attention of various technology experts in Silicon Valley.

Google has made its way to the best of the technology and AI advancements with different products and services like BARD, MAPS, GMAIL etc. all of these are now a part of our daily routine, that handles our personal and professional information with confidentiality.
