September Rule Changes: The month of September will begin with some significant changes that will have a direct influence on the public’s everyday life. From the kitchen to the petrol, the government has made several changes that will go into effect on September 1st, 2023. Not only the working class but everyone is expected to have a significant impact by these rules.
Starting from the good news, the price of the gas cylinder has been reduced by Rs 200. Union Minister Anurag Thakur announced that the “Ujjwala Scheme” beneficiaries will receive a total discount of Rs 400. That means, you’ll be paying Rs. 200 less for each cylinder from September 1. Secondly, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has set a deadline of September 14 to update your Aadhaar for free. The third change will be the last chance to exchange Rs. 2000 notes since the RBI announced the demonetization of Rs 2000 notes in May. The deadline expires on September 30th. In addition, banks will be closed for a total of 16 days in September on various occasions.
