Govinda Bullet Injury: Veteran actor and Shiv Sena leader Govinda was immediately rushed to hospital after he accidentally shot himself with his licensed pistol, and sustained injury on his leg. The incident happened early morning on Tuesday, and the actor is currently out of danger. According to Govinda’s manager Shashi Sinha, the actor was about to leave for a trip to Kolkata when his gun fell from his hand and a bullet was misfired, injuring the “Coolie No.1” actor.
According to the statement given by Govinda’s manager Shashi Shinde, “Actor and Shiv Sena leader Govinda was getting ready to leave for Kolkata. He kept his licensed revolver in the cupboard when it fell from his hand and a bullet got fired which hit his leg. The doctor has removed the bullet and his condition is fine. He is in the hospital right now. It is due to God’s grace that Govinda ji sustained only a leg injury and it was nothing serious.”

The 60-year-old actor was rushed to Criticare Hospital for treatment. The incident occurred at 4.45 a.m. when Govinda was getting ready for a trip to Kolkata. He got injured on his knee. Govinda was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit at the hospital. According to media reports, Govinda was admitted to the hospital at 5:15 a.m., and the hospital confirmed that he is out of danger. The police visited the area to investigate and took custody of Govinda’s gun. The incident is currently being investigated.
