  • 1 tbsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain)

  • Soak the carom seeds (Ajwain) in one glass of water, overnight.

  • Now boil the Ajwain water in a pan, and add finely chopped ginger to it. 

  • Filter the water after boiling, with the help of a sieve.

  • Now add 1 lemon to the drink prepared.

  • You can also add Honey or jaggery to the healthy drink, as per your taste.

Consuming this herbal tea as a substitute for your tea or coffee can prove to be quite helpful.
