Fruite and vegateble should be consumed regularly for a healthy lifestyle. However there are many fruites that can help you recover faster during corona. Recovering from the Covid-19 virus can be a lengthy process for your body lately, as the virus drains much of your body’s immunity and energy, and the patient feels constant weakness for a long stretch of time even after recovering from the deadly virus properly. 

Hence, mentioned below is the list of fruits that a person must consume during their Covid recovery to keep the Vitamin C contents in their body balanced. 

1. Oranges to increase Vitamic C and immunity

Oranges are a rich source of Vitamin C, and you can consume the fruit as a whole or consume it as a pulp, as the fruit adds fiber content to your diet.

2. Blueberry rich in antioxidants 

Blueberries, though aren’t easily available in the market, but are a great source of Vitamin C, and can be consumed raw as a snack as well as can be blended into smoothies. Blueberries also have antioxidant properties that may boost the immune system.

3. Sweet Lime/Mosambi:

Mosambi or Sweet Lime is another citrus fruit that is also a good source of Vitamin C. Everyone of us is recommended Mosambi juice whenever we get a fever, cough, or cold because the fruit has the ability to fight the weakness in our body and these diseases.

4. Apples:

It is always said an apple a day, keeps the doctor away because it has the right nutrients, glucose, and good carbs that boost our bodily immunity and provides our body with the right anti-oxidants.

5. Pear/Nashpati:
