Step-by-step Process To Grow Sprouts
Follow these simple steps to have your own bowlful of sprouts.
- Take any pulses of your preference. Black gram or moong dal is the most popular kind of sprout. Wash the pulses thoroughly in running water twice at least.
- Take the wash sprouts and soak them in water for about 12 hours or overnight.
- After soaking, wash it again to avoid molding.
- Now place the sprouts on a clean, muslin cloth.
- Keep it away in a warm and dark place for the sprouts to erupt while washing them every 12 hours so that they remain moist.
After a day or two you will have your sprouts ready!
