With the growing age the bone structure of the body also changes. Body creates new bone cells and old bone cells are discarded. While the generation of new bones is faster in younge phase, it slows down after you cross 30. The peak of bone mass is usually around the age of late 20’s. So after age human beings tend to lose more bone mass in raton of generating new ones.
With this the body tends to get exposed to bone conditions like osteoporosis where bones get weak and brittle. So to avoid osteoporosis as you age and keep on the stamina and health, taking care of bone health is important.
