India Docks Three Naval Ships At Iran Amidst Escalating Tension Between Israel-Iran

Middle-East Crisis:  The tension between Israel and Iran is escalating with each passing day. Iran’s deadliest ballistic missile attack on Israel has worsened the state of affairs in the Middle East. Amidst it all, India has docked three Naval ships at the Bandar Abbas shipyard of Iran. 

Ceremonial Welcome of Indian ships  

The three Indian First Training Squadron (1TS) ships including, INS Tir, INS Shardul, and ICGS Veera were ceremonially welcomed by Iran's Islamic Republic Navy (IRIN) escorted by the Iranian Naval Ship Zur. The visit targets to work on strengthening the ties between India and Iran. Among the numerous activities planned for the visit are cross-training, a maritime partnership exercise, cultural exchanges, friendly sports matches, and a wreath-laying ceremony.
